How To Join A Team

To join a team, you must have received the team join password from the leader of the team. or received an invite message via stratboard.com.

To join a team:-
1. Click the "My Teams" Nav Menu icon, or click Here
2. From the dropdown list, select the team u want to join.
3. Now eneter the correct password to join the team.
4. If you enter the right password, then you will have joined the team

you can now connect to your team tacticsboard by clicking the connect button found on your "My Tacticsboards" menu link.

Tutorial No.2 in the tutorials section will show you how this is achieved.

NOTE:
You can join as many teams as you like (as long as you have the right password to join!..)

i want to join my team but i only get create team and then it says team already exist

Alpha,

Login, then go to Team Management in the top left hand corner. You can then pick your team and click join.

Ignore my post above, i think there is something wrong with the site, as many of my clan members have this issue also. Hopefully the site admins will see this and it shall be recitified asap.

can you try this please:-

go to your profile, an set your country code. then try and join your team.

also, can you check that your team is active as well please?

let me know if this rectifies your problem.

Can you add a request to join on the team pages. i think this would make it easier than having to ive everyonee the password to join your team. This would also help teams possible pick up new recruits that other wise wouldnt put the effort in joining.

YES! And as the Leader, I need to approve of the requests, instead of 'any member' giving the password out...Please, can this be implimented A.S.A.P? I keep having to delete people who are not worthy to join my team, because a 'member' gave them the password...

Agreed, this would be a useful feature for admins to have the ability to turn on or off if they wish.

I've created a request for change for this here

We are working hard to release the client right now so this will be looked at after the client has been released.

Will keep you posted on its developments.
