FireFox and IE keep getting time out !

Sorry for any inconvenience, turns out when we switched infrastructure to our new supplier they failed to open the most important firewall port of them all!

This will all be rectified now, however it might take a couple of hours to propagate around the dns servers so some might work and some might not until the dns changes have propagated.

New teams created after 15 Dec have their stratboard pack set to the default one. all you need to do is go to manage your team and switch the pack.

It's been a couple days since the "Resolved" was posted but I still cannot reach the stratboard. I even created a new account and team but still no luck loading the page... "Sad Face!"

can you try and flush your dns? ipconfig /flushdns

dns record may be cached on your machine.

env is definately up and working.
