every time i try to open stratboard weither from the desktop or web client, i get page can not load, or http error cant not connect to server.

i saw everyone else having this issue had to give team ID
mine is Direct Recon Ops [DRO] 13331

i guess i still need the admin password emailed to me. can someone do this for me plz

Sorry for any inconvenience, turns out when we switched infrastructure to our new supplier they failed to open the most important firewall port of them all!

This will all be rectified now, however it might take a couple of hours to propagate around the dns servers so some might work and some might not until the dns changes have propagated.

New teams created after 15 Dec have their stratboard pack set to the default one. all you need to do is go to manage your team and switch the pack.

im getting the generic Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.

have the dns issues been resolved or is it an issue on my end?

can you try and flush your dns? ipconfig /flushdns

dns record may be cached on your machine.

env is definately up and working.
