If you wish to remove your team and tacticsboard from our system, then please send a request to support @ stratboard.com with the following info.

Subject: [put Team Deletion Request in email subject]
User Name: [stratboard.com member name]
User Email: [Email address used when registering account]
Member Status: [Your member status]
Team Name: [Team name]
Team ID: [Team ID]
Send Strategy Data: [State if you want a zipped copy of the strategy data emailing to you on removal of the tacticsboard]

An email will be sent to the team leader asking to confirm the removal of the team and tacticsboard from our systems.

When confirmation is received by the team leader, a further email will be sent to all team members advising that the team and tacticsboard will be removed on the next batch cycle.

If a request is made for the tacticsboard data, then all strategy data will be emailed to the team leader upon removal of the tacticsboard.
