Its very important you use a strong passwords to join your team as well as a different user password to connect to your tacticsboard. This way it will stop people guessing passwords and thus gaining access to your tacticsbaord.

We dont recommend using your team name as there will be people out there that want to try and access your tacticsboards.

Our systems track all user IP's connecting to your tacticsboards, however we cannot track password guessing.

If we are informed that someone has gained unauthorised entry to a tacticsboard then we have the tools in place to locate the user and ban the ip address from the website and tacticsboard servers.

Again, We cannot emphisise how important it is to set your passwords secure.
